干式變壓器的特點,為什么要使用干式變壓器?

溫控儀總體方案設計

溫(wen)度控(kong)制系統工作時,首(shou)先需要檢測變(bian)壓器三相繞組的溫(wen)度。然(ran)后(hou)通過微處理(li)器進(jin)行(xing)數據(ju)處理(li),比較之(zhi)后(hou)再根據(ju)需要進(jin)行(xing)報警甚至(zhi)跳閘處理(li)。

溫度(du)控制系統(tong)主要(yao)包含以下(xia)幾種電(dian)路:

溫度控制器的硬件設計

3.1主控微處理器系統

干(gan)式(shi)變壓器溫度(du)控(kong)制器的(de)核心器件是STC89C5l,STC89C51具有l K字(zi)節的(de)RAM、16 K字(zi)節的(de)片內(nei)FLASH程(cheng)(cheng)序存儲器,支持(chi)在(zai)應用可編程(cheng)(cheng)一和在(zai)系統可編程(cheng)(cheng),可通(tong)過串行(xing)接口進行(xing)直(zhi)接編程(cheng)(cheng),用起來比較方便(bian)。

在總(zong)體的電(dian)路設計中,STC89C51分別與(yu)DSl8820溫度傳感器、LCDl2864液(ye)晶(jing)顯示屏、蜂鳴器報警電(dian)路以及(ji)其(qi)他(ta)驅動電(dian)路相連(lian)接(jie),通(tong)過RS--485半雙工通(tong)信方式與(yu)上位機進行通(tong)信。

復位(wei)電(dian)路中的電(dian)阻值(zhi)不宜取(qu)得太小,一般矗值(zhi)取(qu)10 kft,電(dian)容c取(qu)10恤F,單(dan)片(pian)機的復位(wei)脈沖寬(kuan)度為(wei)(O.7~1)RC。

在(zai)單片(pian)機最小系統(tong)中,Vpp/一EA iJI腳接高電平(ping)表

示(shi)一律從(cong)內部程序存儲器中讀取命(ming)令。

3.2溫度檢測電路

  溫(wen)度(du)檢測電(dian)路以DSl8820溫(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器為(wei)主要核心部(bu)件。溫(wen)度(du)檢測電(dian)路如圖(tu)5所(suo)示該(gai)電(dian)路圖(tu)中,3個DSl8820溫(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器通(tong)過數據引腳DQ與(yu)單片機(ji)的(de)P1.3、P1.4和P1.5 3個引腳相連接來實(shi)現(xian)溫(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器與(yu)單片機(ji)之間的(de)通(tong)信。

  

  DSl8820通過單總線實現與單片(pian)機(ji)的通信,中間(jian)不需要A/D轉換(huan)電(dian)路。其(qi)DQ端(duan)用(yong)于與單片(pian)機(ji)之間(jian)的數據通信,實現數據的輸入和輸出,VDD接(jie)5 V電(dian)源,GND接(jie)地。使用(yong)多個DSl8820同(tong)時測溫時一般以下3種方(fang)(fang)法(fa):(1)每(mei)個DSl8820的DQ端(duan)占(zhan)(zhan)用(yong)1個I/O口。這(zhe)種方(fang)(fang)法(fa)占(zhan)(zhan)用(yong)I/O口較多,程序也顯得重復繁瑣(suo)。

  

  (2)單(dan)獨(du)讀取(qu)(qu)每個(ge)(ge)DSl8820的固定(ding)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)列號(hao),把這些序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)列號(hao)存儲到單(dan)片機,然后使(shi)用(yong)DSl8820本身存在的搜(sou)索指令指定(ding)到固定(ding)的傳(chuan)感器(qi)讀取(qu)(qu)溫度(du)。這種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)只需占用(yong)1個(ge)(ge)I/O口,大(da)大(da)的節約了單(dan)片機的I/O口資源,而且程序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)也比較(jiao)簡潔,只是需要把用(yong)到的每個(ge)(ge)傳(chuan)感器(qi)的序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)列號(hao)逐個(ge)(ge)讀出。運行的時間(jian)會相對(dui)長一些。(3)使(shi)用(yong)DSl8820搜(sou)索器(qi)件協議(yi)。這種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)最為簡單(dan),但程序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)調試和(he)算法(fa)(fa)相對(dui)比較(jiao)復雜。

  

  考慮到(dao)測溫電路(lu)只(zhi)使用了3個DSl8820器件,我們選用了第1種方法迸(beng)行連接(jie),相對于其他兩種方法,這種方法更容易實現溫度控制器的顯(xian)(xian)示部分主要由LCDl2864液晶顯(xian)(xian)示模塊(kuai)來(lai)完成。該模塊(kuai)具有價(jia)格(ge)便宜,性能(neng)較高,功(gong)耗(hao)較低(di)的特點,能(neng)夠顯(xian)(xian)示8 192個中(zhong)文(wen)漢(han)字、128個字符及64X256點陣顯(xian)(xian)示RAM,同時(shi)還支持自定義字符的顯(xian)(xian)示。與單片(pian)機的連接(jie)電路(lu)如圖6所(suo)示。

  

  液(ye)(ye)晶模塊的數據口與(yu)STC89C51的P1口相連(lian)接,液(ye)(ye)晶的讀和(he)寫(xie)操作通(tong)過(guo)單片機(ji)P2.4和(he)P2.5口來控(kong)制完成。單片機(ji)通(tong)過(guo)P0口來進(jin)行數據的傳輸。圖(tu)中的滑線(xian)變阻器(qi)是為了調節(jie)液(ye)(ye)晶顯示(shi)屏的亮度。在繪制PCB電路板時,只留下(xia)液(ye)(ye)晶的20個連(lian)接端(duan)子,采用M3六角銅柱將液(ye)(ye)晶支撐固定。

  

  工作指示和報警

電(dian)(dian)路(lu)此電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示燈有5個(ge),采用發光二極(ji)管(guan)通過(guo)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻與(yu)單片機(ji)的(de)(de)P1.0、P1.1、P1.2、P1.6和P1.75個(ge)I/O口(kou)進行相連,其連接(jie)方(fang)(fang)式為共陽極(ji)連接(jie)方(fang)(fang)式。通過(guo)改變這5個(ge)I/O口(kou)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)平高(gao)低,就可以(yi)實(shi)現發光二極(ji)管(guan)的(de)(de)亮滅。LED的(de)(de)工作電(dian)(dian)流是(shi)20 mA,工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是(shi)3 V,而電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是(shi)5 V,經(jing)過(guo)計算得出串聯的(de)(de)分壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)阻的(de)(de)阻值R為:R=(5 V一3 V),20 mA=100 Q為了確保電(dian)(dian)路(lu)能夠長期穩(wen)定(ding)地運行,需要將電(dian)(dian)阻稍微放大(da)一些,但又不能放的(de)(de)過(guo)大(da),否則會因為電(dian)(dian)阻分壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)大(da),導致發光二極(ji)管(guan)過(guo)暗。此電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中我們選取(qu)尺為l kfl。詳細的(de)(de)指(zhi)示電(dian)(dian)路(lu)。

  

 工作指(zhi)示(shi)電(dian)路其中D1、D2、D3分別是(shi)變壓(ya)器三(san)相(xiang)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)超溫(wen)報警指(zhi)示(shi)燈,當(dang)變壓(ya)器A相(xiang)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)超過預設的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)值時(shi)(shi),Dl就(jiu)會亮(liang),當(dang)其溫(wen)度(du)低(di)于(yu)預設的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)值時(shi)(shi),D1就(jiu)會熄(xi)滅。同(tong)樣,D2和(he)D3對應著(zhu)B相(xiang)和(he)C相(xiang)的(de)(de)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)溫(wen)度(du)。D4是(shi)風機(ji)啟(qi)停(ting)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)燈,當(dang)變壓(ya)器繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)溫(wen)度(du)超過一(yi)定值時(shi)(shi),單片(pian)機(ji)就(jiu)會通過繼電(dian)器驅(qu)動電(dian)路來開啟(qi)風機(ji)進行冷卻,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)D4指(zhi)示(shi)燈就(jiu)會亮(liang);當(dang)溫(wen)度(du)低(di)于(yu)預設值時(shi)(shi),風機(ji)停(ting)止(zhi),D4指(zhi)示(shi)燈熄(xi)滅。D5是(shi)顯示(shi)變壓(ya)器繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)溫(wen)度(du)是(shi)否高(gao)于(yu)設定的(de)(de)超高(gao)溫(wen)跳(tiao)閘(zha)值,若繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)溫(wen)度(du)高(gao)于(yu)設定的(de)(de)超高(gao)溫(wen)跳(tiao)閘(zha)值,則D5指(zhi)示(shi)燈亮(liang),否則,D5指(zhi)示(shi)燈熄(xi)滅。

  

 

  蜂鳴(ming)器報警電(dian)(dian)路報警電(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R11是(shi)為了限制流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)(guo)(guo)NPN三(san)極管的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),防(fang)止(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)(guo)(guo)基極的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)超過(guo)(guo)(guo)它的(de)(de)耐受值。從(cong)單(dan)片機(ji)I/O口(kou)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)出的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)強(qiang)度很小,不足(zu)以(yi)驅動蜂鳴(ming)器發聲,所(suo)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)連(lian)接(jie)一個(ge)三(san)極管來放大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),從(cong)而驅動蜂鳴(ming)器發聲。當變壓器的(de)(de)任一相繞組溫(wen)(wen)度超過(guo)(guo)(guo)預設的(de)(de)超溫(wen)(wen)值時(shi),單(dan)片機(ji)就會讓P2.0口(kou)輸(shu)出一個(ge)高電(dian)(dian)平,繼而三(san)極管導(dao)通(tong),在(zai)蜂鳴(ming)器中(zhong)形成通(tong)路,蜂鳴(ming)器發聲。

  

  電源電路本(ben)系統采用USB+5 V直接供電的(de)方(fang)式(shi),這種供電方(fang)式(shi)的(de)電壓偏差一般在±2%左右。

 該主程序(xu)的設計能(neng)夠(gou)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)測(ce)量實(shi)(shi)時(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),并通過比較,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)一定溫(wen)(wen)度(du)時(shi)開啟風機,超溫(wen)(wen)聲光報警(jing),超高溫(wen)(wen)跳閘,并將測(ce)得的實(shi)(shi)時(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)和(he)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)狀態顯示在(zai)液晶屏上(shang)。

  

 DSl 8820溫(wen)度(du)傳感器(qi)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu)設計DSl8820的(de)溫(wen)度(du)采(cai)集程(cheng)序(xu)主要涉及DSl8820的(de)初始化、從(cong)DSl8820中讀(du)取(qu)一個(ge)字(zi)節的(de)數(shu)據、向DSl8820中寫(xie)入一個(ge)字(zi)節的(de)數(shu)據和讀(du)取(qu)溫(wen)度(du)。溫(wen)度(du)采(cai)集的(de)程(cheng)序(xu)流程(cheng)如圖13所示(shi)。

  

 溫度采集(ji)(ji)程(cheng)序流(liu)程(cheng)圖溫度采集(ji)(ji)模塊的(de)(de)程(cheng)序實現了溫度的(de)(de)實時采集(ji)(ji),并將采集(ji)(ji)到的(de)(de)數(shu)據進行處理后發送給單片機(ji)。

  

 設計目(mu)的(de)是(shi)設計出一(yi)款能夠(gou)(gou)實時(shi)監測(ce)干式(shi)變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)繞組(zu)溫(wen)度(du),并根據(ju)需要,在溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過(guo)一(yi)定范圍時(shi),能夠(gou)(gou)自動地進行開啟風機、聲(sheng)光報警以及跳閘等一(yi)系(xi)列操作(zuo)的(de)智能型溫(wen)度(du)控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)。它能夠(gou)(gou)有效的(de)對干式(shi)變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)進行保(bao)護,延長變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),同時(shi)避免(mian)變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度(du)過(guo)高帶來的(de)火災隱患。

  

  該溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)控制器最終實(shi)(shi)現的功能(neng)包(bao)括巡回檢測變壓器三相繞組溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),并(bing)實(shi)(shi)時顯示在液晶(jing)屏上(shang);當繞組溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)超(chao)過風(feng)機開啟溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)時,開啟風(feng)機,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)下降至(zhi)風(feng)機關(guan)斷(duan)(duan)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)時,關(guan)斷(duan)(duan)風(feng)機;超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)進行聲光報警;超(chao)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)進行跳閘斷(duan)(duan)電等(deng)功能(neng)
